If this is your first lash appointment, it can feel like everyone else already knows a language you missed. Classic, hybrid, wispy, curls, lengths—none of that needs to be your homework before you arrive.

Start with how you want to feel

Tell me what matters in real life. Do you want to look a little more awake without makeup? Do you like a soft result but worry it will disappear once you get ready? Are you more afraid of looking too dramatic, or of not seeing enough of a difference? Those answers are more useful than choosing a style name at random.

A reference photo starts the conversation

Bring a photo if you have one. We will look at what you actually love about it—the softness, the lift, the texture, the balance, or the outer corner—and translate that feeling for your own eyes. A reference is a starting point, not a stencil.

Your feedback is part of the design

Sometimes you only understand a set after wearing it with your normal makeup and seeing it in your everyday life. If you realize you want the center a little shorter, the outer corner lighter, or the overall look a touch more defined, that is useful information for the next version.

If anything feels physically uncomfortable, please contact the studio instead of pulling or trying to remove the lashes yourself. We can look at what is happening and decide on the safest next step together.
