Sometimes you know exactly what to book. Other times the set is uneven, the direction has shifted, the style no longer feels right, or you are arriving with work from another artist. In those moments, “refill or removal?” is an assessment—not a guess you need to make alone.

A refill continues what is working

When the remaining lashes are comfortable and the design still makes sense, a refill can rebuild balance and continue the look you already like. Your feedback about what wore well and what changed helps guide the appointment.

An adjustment changes the next version

If the set felt too long, too light, too dense, or heavy in one area, tell us. Some changes can be made by refining the next design; others may need a different starting point. We will explain what can realistically change instead of promising every adjustment in one step.

Sometimes starting fresh is the clearer choice

Existing work may need to be seen in person before we know whether it can be safely continued. If the lashes feel uncomfortable, have grown out in difficult directions, or the new design needs a clean reset, removal may be the better option.

Not sure which appointment to choose? Book through Square and leave a short note, or contact the studio before your visit. We can help you select the right starting point.
